Warning: not the best camera skills. I am still trying to figure out how to use my camera on manual!
We have had these Barstools since we moved into our home 5 1/2 years ago and they have held up pretty well. The finish was a little rubbed off on the edge of the foot rest, but everything else seemed to be in tip top shape. That is until recently. In the past few months (that oddly enough correspond with the increased mobility of baby Z) we have begun to get a few slits and holes in the tops. I glued all of the cracks with vinyl glue, which did the trick of stopping the hole, but really wasn't all that pretty because you can see the glue when it dries. And Here they are in my Kitchen after the switcheroo... What do you think?
(Isn't he a cute little photo bomber)

There was a point in our lives that it seemed every piece of furniture we owned was espresso wood or dark leather, and now I have this strong urge to replace or paint EVERYTHING white or light grey! Speaking of, I really have been meaning to spray paint my orange pot white... Should I?

I love the stools. Glad you found some you love the Orange pot is a fun spot of color, but if your getting tired of it, a little white spray paint never hurts.
ReplyDeleteI love that Z sits on two. Makes it the perfect height for the cute little bugger.
ReplyDeleteAnd p.s. I say paint the pot. 😉
